At New Lanark, we recognise the need for flexibility and whatever the event - from staff training days to an annual conference - we have a package to suit. Below are samples of typical menus but our menu will change daily to make use of the freshest seasonal ingredients. If for whatever reason our standard menus do not meet your particular requirements - perhaps your event has a theme - we will work with our chefs to tailor a menu to your needs.
